Ingredients
Chicken and Vegetables

cooked chicken breast
shredded or diced

diced zucchini

diced bell pepper
any color

diced onion
Tzatziki Sauce and Cheese
1
cup
tzatziki sauce
store-bought or homemade
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup
feta cheese
crumbled
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken (ing_1), zucchini (ing_2), bell pepper (ing_3), and onion (ing_4).
Stir in the tzatziki sauce (ing_5) until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the mozzarella (ing_6) and feta cheese (ing_7) over the top.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
