Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add your nice and soft cream cheese. Seriously, make sure it's soft! Now, sprinkle in the onion powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Using a spoon, spatula, or even a hand mixer (if you're feeling fancy, but it's not necessary!), mix everything together really well until it's smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no little pockets of plain cream cheese or spice clumps.
Time for the fresh stuff! Take your cucumber and finely dice it. We're talking small pieces here, so you get a little bit of crunch in every bite. For the green onions, thinly slice both the white and green parts.
Add the diced cucumber and sliced green onions right into the bowl with your creamy mixture.
Gently stir everything together until the cucumber and green onions are evenly distributed throughout the dip. Make sure you get those lovely green bits and white cucumber pieces all mixed in!
You can absolutely dive in right away if you just can't wait (I've been there!). But, for the best flavor and texture, I highly recommend covering the bowl and popping it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This lets the flavors meld and gets the dip nice and cold, which is divine!
