Chicken Marinade

Sour cream or Ranch dressing

Burrito-size tortillas
Instructions
Marinate chicken (ing_1) in chipotle peppers (ing_2) and olive oil (ing_3) for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry the chicken (ing_1) until cooked through.
Warm the tortillas (ing_8).
Spread a layer of sour cream or ranch dressing (ing_7) on each tortilla (ing_8).
Add cooked rice (ing_4), black beans (ing_5), shredded cheese (ing_6), and grilled chicken (ing_1) to each tortilla (ing_8).
Roll up the burritos (ing_8) tightly.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier burrito, add more chipotle peppers. You can also add other vegetables, such as onions, peppers, or corn.
