Easy Coconut Ice Slice with Condensed Milk
A simple and delicious no-bake coconut slice made with condensed milk and desiccated coconut.

Instructions
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the icing sugar and desiccated coconut.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and optional pink food colouring.
Mix well until a dough forms.
Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking tray.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once firm, cut into squares or bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
