Easy Cool Whip Candy

A quick and easy no-bake candy recipe using Cool Whip.

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 container (8 ounce) Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounce) Instant pudding mix any flavor
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • as needed Food coloring optional
  • as needed Sprinkles or colored sugar optional, for decoration

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
  • Add the instant pudding mix and beat until well combined.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and food coloring (if using).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles or colored sugar (if using).
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Notes

Store leftover candy in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
