Notes

This mix makes enough for about 1 pound of ground meat or veggies. You can easily double or triple the batch for storage. Use fresh spices for the best flavor. Adjust cayenne pepper to control heat. A small pinch of sugar (about 1/2 tsp) can be added for sweetness balance. 1-2 teaspoons of cornstarch can be mixed in if you prefer a thicker sauce when cooking with meat. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for 6-12 months. This mix is naturally gluten-free and vegan.
