  • 8 ounces tub chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons chives, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large bell peppers chopped or diced
  • various vegetables and crackers (optional) for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chive and onion cream cheese spread, sour cream, and ranch dressing.
  • Stir in the minced chives and garlic powder until well combined and smooth.
  • Wash and finely chop or dice the bell peppers.
  • Gently fold the chopped bell peppers into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite fresh vegetables and crackers.

Notes

Make ahead: This dip can be made a day in advance. Flavors meld beautifully overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
