Instructions
Wash and chop the dill (ing_1), garlic (ing_2), and onion (ing_4).
Core and slice the tomatoes (ing_3) into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar (ing_5), honey (ing_6), olive oil (ing_7), salt (ing_8), and pepper (ing_8).
Add the chopped dill (ing_1), garlic (ing_2), and onion (ing_4) to the bowl.
Gently toss the tomato slices (ing_3) in the marinade.
Transfer the marinated tomatoes (ing_3) to a storage container.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled as a side dish or appetizer.
Notes
Adjust the amount of honey to your liking. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
