Firecracker Watermelon Tequila Pops

Spicy and refreshing watermelon tequila popsicles, perfect for a summer treat.

Ingredients
  

Watermelon Mixture

  • 1 medium watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 0.5 cup lime juice freshly squeezed

Seasoning

  • 0.25 cup simple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 Popsicle sticks

Instructions
 

  • Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender until smooth.
  • Add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, chili powder, and sea salt to the blender.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
  • Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
