Ingredients
  

Yogurt Mixture

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Fruit

  • 1 pint Blueberries Washed and dried

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • If desired, freeze the blueberries for about 30 minutes to make them easier to dip.
  • Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place the yogurt-covered blueberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is solid.
  • Once frozen, transfer the blueberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use honey with a stronger floral note. You can also add a pinch of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture.
