Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips

Equipment

  • Grill Pan A cast iron grill pan works best.
  • Small bowl For mixing the glaze.

Ingredients
  

Steak and Marinade

  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or flank) Sliced into thin strips
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Seasoning

  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  • Add minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using) to the bowl and mix well.
  • Add the steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  • Heat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated steak strips to the hot grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak strips from the grill pan and serve immediately.
  • Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
