A cast iron grill pan works best.
Small bowl
For mixing the glaze.
Ingredients
Steak and Marinade

Steak (sirloin or flank)
Sliced into thin strips

Honey

Soy Sauce

Olive Oil
Seasoning

Garlic
Minced

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Add minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using) to the bowl and mix well.
Add the steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
Heat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated steak strips to the hot grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak strips from the grill pan and serve immediately.
Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
