Ingredients
  

Shrimp & Asparagus

  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Toss shrimp ("ing_1") and asparagus ("ing_2") with olive oil ("ing_3") and salt ("ing_4").
  • Grill shrimp ("ing_1") and asparagus ("ing_2") for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  • While grilling, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream ("ing_5"), minced garlic ("ing_6"), and lemon juice ("ing_7").
  • Simmer sauce over low heat for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese ("ing_8").
  • Divide grilled shrimp ("ing_1") and asparagus ("ing_2") between two bowls.
  • Top with creamy garlic sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
