Grilled Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Sauce & Fettuccine

  • Large skillet For making the sauce
  • Large pot For cooking the pasta

Ingredients
  

Shrimp & Marinade

  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Sauce & Pasta

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked shrimp to the creamy garlic sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve shrimp and sauce over cooked fettuccine.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade or sauce.
