Shrimp & Marinade

Peeled and deveined

Heavy cream

Instructions
Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder for at least 15 minutes.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked shrimp to the creamy garlic sauce and toss to coat.
Serve shrimp and sauce over cooked fettuccine.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade or sauce.
