Lean ground beef is recommended.

Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Add ginger and garlic; cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Adjust soy sauce to your taste. Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms.
