Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 cup Melted coconut oil
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (ing_1, ing_2, ing_3).
  • In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (ing_4, ing_5, ing_6).
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips (ing_7).
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra melty centers, use higher-quality chocolate chips with a higher cocoa butter content. You can also chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies.
