Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Frozen Cups

Equipment

  • Muffin tin or ice cube tray For freezing the cups

Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Peanut Butter & Chocolate

  • 0.33 cup Peanut butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons Mini chocolate chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Add the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated. The mixture may be slightly thick.
  • If using, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin or ice cube tray.
  • Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the cups from the tray and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftover cups in an airtight container in the freezer.
