Yogurt Base

Greek yogurt

Honey or maple syrup

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Stir until well combined and smooth.
Add the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated. The mixture may be slightly thick.
If using, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin or ice cube tray.
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
Once frozen, remove the cups from the tray and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftover cups in an airtight container in the freezer.
