honey

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine cottage cheese, honey (if using), frozen berries, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Cover the container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping to soften slightly.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of honey to your liking. For a smoother texture, strain the cottage cheese before blending.
