Ingredients
  

Dairy & Sweetener

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Flavorings & Mix-ins

  • 0.5 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine cottage cheese, honey (if using), frozen berries, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Cover the container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping to soften slightly.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to your liking. For a smoother texture, strain the cottage cheese before blending.
