  • 8 oz unsalted butter room temperature, nice and soft
  • 0.25 cup honey use your favorite kind, wildflower honey is recommended for delicate sweetness
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar adds extra sweetness and smooth texture
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt balances sweetness, flaky sea salt is lovely

Instructions
 

  • Combine softened butter, honey, powdered sugar, and sea salt in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Beat the ingredients together with an electric mixer or whisk until completely smooth and beautifully combined, looking light and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
