HONEY GARLIC ASIAN CHICKEN KABOBS

Sweet and savory chicken kabobs marinated in a honey garlic sauce.

Equipment

  • Skewers Wooden or metal skewers
  • Grill or Grill Pan

Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Chicken and Vegetables

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup Onion Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the kabobs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
