Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the kabobs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
