A delicious and easy pizza with a perfect blend of savory, sweet, and a little bit of a kick. Features hot sausage, feta, honey, mozzarella, and arugula on a classic pizza dough.

  • 1 unit Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade.
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional, for extra heat.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For brushing the crust.

  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425-475°F (220-245°C).
  • Brown the hot sausage in a skillet, then drain off excess grease.

  • Stretch or roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

  • Brush the pizza dough with olive oil.

  • Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  • Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the sausage.

Notes
