Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, egg, and melted butter.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each puff.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
