Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Spread a spoonful of the lemon cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
Place the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
