Instructions
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
In a separate shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (if using).
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Top with ranch dressing or creamy garlic dressing and melted butter (optional).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, you can bread the chicken twice.
