Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in oregano and garlic powder; cook for 1 minute more.
Add olives and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Can be served over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles for a complete meal.
