Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cake flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp custard optional filling
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon sugar for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the cake flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add the condensed milk, milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla essence.
  • Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • If using, gently stir in the custard.
  • Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool slightly before adding the cinnamon sugar topping.
  • Enjoy immediately!
