Instructions
In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the cake flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the condensed milk, milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla essence.
Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
If using, gently stir in the custard.
Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool slightly before adding the cinnamon sugar topping.
Enjoy immediately!
