Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
Add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add cooked rice, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, breaking up any rice clumps.
Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
