Pancake Batter

Instructions
Prepare pancake batter according to package directions, using milk and egg.
Cook sausage until browned and crumbled; drain excess grease.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour half of the pancake batter into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the batter. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Pour remaining pancake batter over the sausage and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead and reheated.
