Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced peaches, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Separate the rolls.
Place a spoonful of the peach mixture onto the center of each crescent roll.
Fold the crescent roll over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
Place the dumplings onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter dumpling, increase the sugar to 1 cup. You can also add a glaze after baking for extra sweetness.
