Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 large peach Peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Dough & Glaze

  • 1 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls 8 count
  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sliced peaches, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Separate the rolls.
  • Place a spoonful of the peach mixture onto the center of each crescent roll.
  • Fold the crescent roll over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the dumplings onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter dumpling, increase the sugar to 1 cup. You can also add a glaze after baking for extra sweetness.
