Ingredients
  

French Toast Batter

  • 6 slices challah bread Thick-cut is best
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling & Topping

  • 12 pieces mini peanut butter cups
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar For dusting
  • 1 tablespoon butter For greasing the pan

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow dish.
  • Dip each slice of challah bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  • Place 3-4 mini peanut butter cups in the center of each bread slice.
  • Roll up each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the rolls for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of powdered sugar. You can also add chocolate chips to the batter for extra chocolatey goodness.
