Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers finely chopped
  • 0.33 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jalapenos minced
  • 1 Pineapple whole, diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes diced

Condiments and Spices

  • 4 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.125 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice the bell peppers, red onion, and Roma tomatoes.
  • Chop the cilantro and mince the jalapenos.
  • Dice the whole pineapple and add it to the diced pineapple.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the diced fruits and vegetables.
  • Add the lime juice, black pepper, and salt.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a spicier salsa, add more jalapenos. You can also add other fruits like mango or strawberries.
