Instructions
Dice the bell peppers, red onion, and Roma tomatoes.
Chop the cilantro and mince the jalapenos.
Dice the whole pineapple and add it to the diced pineapple.
In a large bowl, combine all the diced fruits and vegetables.
Add the lime juice, black pepper, and salt.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For a spicier salsa, add more jalapenos. You can also add other fruits like mango or strawberries.
