Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and the fiesta ranch packet. Mix until beautifully combined and smooth.
Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean counter or cutting board.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a round ball.
Wrap the ball tightly in plastic wrap. Twist the ends and secure with rubber bands to maintain the round shape.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Unwrap the chilled cheese ball carefully.
Pour crushed Doritos onto a plate. Gently roll the cheese ball in the crushed Doritos, ensuring an even coating.
Transfer the coated cheese ball to a serving platter.
Press the baby pickle into the top as a stem, and tuck leaves around it for garnish.
