Quick and Easy Grape Salad

Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream set out for 30 minutes
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar can use up to 1/2 cup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grapes and Pecans

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes rinsed and patted dry
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans divided

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in half of the chopped pecans.
  • Add the green and red grapes to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Stir in the light brown sugar.
  • Gently fold in the remaining chopped pecans.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings. Feel free to experiment with other types of nuts or dried fruits.
