Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in half of the chopped pecans.
Add the green and red grapes to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently to combine.
Stir in the light brown sugar.
Gently fold in the remaining chopped pecans.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings. Feel free to experiment with other types of nuts or dried fruits.
