Instructions
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or a bag and rolling pin.
Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking tin.
Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the biscuit base.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the raspberry jam layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter. You can also add other berries to the jam layer.
