Roasted Strawberries

Halved or quartered

Granulated or brown sugar
Whipped Ricotta & Toast

Ricotta cheese

tablespoons
Honey
1
teaspoon
Vanilla extract
2

Your favorite bread, toasted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss strawberries (ing_1) with olive oil (ing_2) and sugar (ing_3) on a baking sheet.
Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
While strawberries roast, whip ricotta (ing_4) with honey (ing_5) and vanilla extract (ing_6) until smooth and creamy.
Toast bread (ing_7) to your liking.
Spread whipped ricotta (ing_4) on toast (ing_7) and top with roasted strawberries (ing_1).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use mascarpone cheese instead of ricotta.
