Instructions
Place the shredded cabbage, cubed potatoes, and chopped onion in the slow cooker.
Add the sliced smoked sausage, minced garlic, and dried thyme to the slow cooker.
Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes
You can adjust the amount of chicken broth to your liking. For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
