Strawberry Balsamic Jam
This is a ridiculously simple and fast strawberry balsamic jam recipe that requires no canning. It's bursting with flavor and comes together in under 20 minutes.

balsamic vinegar

maple syrup or honey
adjust to sweetness preference

chia seeds
Instructions
Wash and chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
2 cups fresh strawberries
Combine chopped strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sweetener in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Stir occasionally until strawberries break down and release juices (about 5-7 minutes). Gently mash some berries with a spoon for a jammy consistency.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in chia seeds.

Let the mixture sit undisturbed for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
Spoon jam into a clean jar or container and let cool completely before sealing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.
