Triple Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients & Mix-ins

  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup Mini Reese's peanut butter cups, halved

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Stir in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and halved Reese's cups.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra richness, use salted butter and reduce the amount of salt slightly.
