1cupUnsalted butter, softened
1cupGranulated sugar
1cupBrown sugar, packed
2Large eggs

1.5cupsCreamy peanut butter
1.5cupsChocolate chips or chunks
1cupMini Reese's peanut butter cups, halved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Stir in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and halved Reese's cups.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra richness, use salted butter and reduce the amount of salt slightly.
