Ingredients
Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients

cups
Frozen watermelon chunks
(561 grams)

tablespoon
Freshly squeezed lime juice
(15 grams)

tablespoon
Maple syrup
(22 to 44 grams), to taste

tablespoon
Water
(16 to 32 grams), as needed to blend
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, adding more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before scooping to soften slightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use seedless watermelon. Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your preference.
