Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Whisk vigorously for 3-5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, like whipped cream.
If using an electric mixer, whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
In a glass or mug, add ice cubes (if using).
Pour in the cold or iced almond milk.
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the almond milk.
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference. For a stronger coffee flavor, use more instant coffee.
