Whipped Coffee (Dalgona) with Almond Milk

Equipment

Ingredients
  

Whipped Coffee Topping

  • 2 tbsp Instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hot water

Drink Base

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Cold or iced
  • Optional Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  • Whisk vigorously for 3-5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, like whipped cream.
  • If using an electric mixer, whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a glass or mug, add ice cubes (if using).
  • Pour in the cold or iced almond milk.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the almond milk.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference. For a stronger coffee flavor, use more instant coffee.
